Advanced Thai Yoga Therapy Training

with
Phoebe Diftler

Deepen the connection to your Yoga teaching and Thai Yoga Therapy Massage Practice

Yoga and thai massage Advance your Thai Yoga therapy practice and continue to study this ancient healing art. In this White Lotus weekend we will come together as a community, reconnect and meet other practitioners, share experiences and go over some of your questions. In addition, you will learn more about the Sen lines, more poses and therapeutic sequences, and more Thai oriented yoga practice. You will be exchanging the valuable feedback that comes from sharing your work with each other. This will be an opportunity to return to White Lotus and enjoy the energetic offerings this magical space provides.

Join us for this transformational weekend at the beautiful White Lotus Foundation, nestled in the mountains above Santa Barbara on land once sacred to the Chumash Indians who called it Taklushmon--the Gathering Place. During this weekend you will deepen your practice of Yoga and meditation. Legendary vegetarian meals and free time to hike, swim in natural rock pools, read or just soak in the hot tub will complement this weekend of learning, healing and rejuvenation.
